the customer is referred to the Vendor Partner from one of MadonnaJane's
shopping sites and the order is placed on and shipped by the Vendor Partner(
major commercial web site or national department store).
MadonnaJane disclaims any implied representation or warranty with regard to web
sites powered by us or their contents provided by other web merchants, including
merchandise offered on these sites. MadonnaJane is providing our shopping web
sites, their content, and all merchandise on an -as is- basis. Users of our Sites
expressly agree that your use of these sites are at your sole risk. MadonnaJane will
not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of these sites,
including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.

referred to the customer has a distinct legal jurisdiction other than MadonnaJane.
Sales tax is applied to your purchases in accordance with individual state and local
regulations, location of shipping merchant and is dependent upon your shipping
