Chloe Designer Fashion Shopping- Clothing, Handbags French label Chloe came to life in 1952 by founder Gaby Aghion as an alternative to the haute couture styles. Past Chloe designers include Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, and Phoebe Philo. In 2008 the Creative Director position went to British designer Hannah MacGibbon who had been the Artistic Director since 2001. Under her rein she decided to renew the brand with a return to the more bohemian styles of past Chloe collections.
